Wedding FAQs.

  • Never. Audioco never requires a down payment to secure your wedding date! In order to secure your date, all that is needed is our agreement signed and returned to us. Full payment is required on or by the day of your wedding.

  • We currently take cash or check. Venmo is available, however you are susceptible to additional fees beyond the agreed upon price.

  • Our packages include travel up to 75 mile radius from Morgantown, WV. We are happy to go wherever your venue is located, but will include additional travel related charges.

  • Absolutely! We provide a general guide with references to traditionally used special moments for a reception and ceremony, but is not all inclusive! We will accommodate any idea you may have to make your wedding special and unique to you, we cater to our Bride’s and Groom’s wishes!

  • We always ask you what genres are preferred for your event. We are capable of playing all types of music ranging from the 1950s to the current list. If there are specific songs you would like at your event, it’s best to consult us prior to the event to ensure we have all the songs you and your friends and family like to hear!

  • We always allow guests to make song requests. However, we may not always be able to accommodate every request during an event. We meet with our Bride and Groom prior to any event to guarantee there songs that absolutely cannot be played at their wedding will not be played.

  • Absolutely! Our approach is to provide announcements for all special moments and when we see fit throughout the rest of the reception. We do not overhype the crowd and promote ourselves during your event!

  • We will be happy to serve as your during-reception coordinator. We double-check dinner times with caterer, photographer’s and other vendor’s needs throughout the reception to ensure everything flows smoothly.

  • We will always meet before your wedding! We send all special moment songs to you for your review, generate a timeline together, discuss venue layout, and much more prior to your wedding.
